Effective date: 28/10/2025. Scope: This policy applies to purchases made from Sillywear Clothing Pvt. Ltd. via our website (https://sillywear.in) and official sales channels. It covers returns, exchanges and refunds for items returned within 0–7 days from the date of delivery.

- Eligibility (0–7 days)
To be eligible for a return/exchange within 0–7 days all of the following must be true:
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase / order number.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please follow the damaged-item process in section 5.
Not eligible: Items marked non-returnable on the product page, final sale items, earrings/personal hygiene items (if applicable), customized or personalized products (unless defective), or items damaged by the customer after delivery.

- After approval, you will receive a returns authorization (RA) and instructions for shipping the item back.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
- Shipping & Who Pays
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size/colour): Customer pays return shipping unless we offered a prepaid returns label during a promotion. We recommend using tracked shipping — Sillywear is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Company-initiated returns (damaged/defective or wrong item shipped): Sillywear will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup at our cost.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will verify the claim and offer, at your choice: replacement, exchange, or full refund including original shipping charges.
- Return shipping for verified damaged/defective items will be paid by Sillywear.
- Refunds & Timelines
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval (bank/card processing times may vary).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item (or immediately if otherwise agreed).
- Size/Colour Exchanges
- We will gladly exchange items for a different size or color within the 7-day window, subject to availability.
- If the replacement is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the difference; if it is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference.
- Refund Deductions & Restocking
- We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the returned item shows clear signs of use, damage beyond reasonable inspection, or is missing original components/packaging.
- Return Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Promotional or limited-edition items may have special return rules shown on the product page. Those rules override this policy where explicitly stated.
- If an item is lost in transit back to us (customer-paid returns), we will investigate but refunds are issued only after the item is received or proof of delivery is provided.
- Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable law for the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
